OYAK Academy

OYAK Academy is a platform, which has been managed by the Human Resources and Corporate Communication Directorate of OYAK Cimento A.S. since 2002, for the purpose of developing knowledge, skills/competencies to create a common in-group value and providing the opportunity to share the experience, which will ensure that all group workers will be more influential in their business and life quality.

OYAK Cement, one of the first companies among the corporate companies in Turkey providing its employees with e-learning solution in the manufacturing industry, offers development opportunity to its nearly 3.500 employees through the OYAK Academy e-learning platform.

Trainings/works are planned on annual basis in OYAK Academy. The subjects of training are determined based on the strategical targets of groups, fields of development, and the knowledge, skills and competencies required to be proactive. For training period of 2015-2016, OYAK Academy is maintained by being fictionalized with respect to the individual development fields of the persons based on the inventory results of Belbin. The companies determine the developmental needs of their employees serving within their organization, and they ensure that all blue-collar and white-collar employees participate in the trainings.
