At this event held in line with the results of a survey taken in November 2021 and with the cooperation of TEiD and KPMG, one of the company’s corporate members, OYAK Cement’s current status in the field of ethics and compliance was analyzed, its position on the ethics and compliance journey was determined, and its strengths and opportunities, as well as its priorities in the light of market factors and changes were identified.
The panel of ethics and compliance managers from different industries also assessed the survey results, shared their own expertise, and discussed the image and difficulties of “Ethics and Compliance” as a profession in Turkey.

· To know the names of any third parties within or outside the country to which their personal data is transferred,
· To request the correction of incompletely or incorrectly processed personal data and to notify this to third parties to which their personal data has been transferred,
· In the event that the reasons that lead to the processing of their personal data are no longer relevant, although it has been processed as per the Law and the relevant legislation, to request the deletion or destruction of their data and to notify this to third parties to which their personal data has been transferred,
· To object to the analysis of their processed data, if it has resulted against them when conducted exclusively through automated systems,
· To request the recovery of their loss, if they suffer a loss due to the processing of their personal data in a way that violates the Law.
