OYAK Cement both supports the development of students and prepares them for business life, identifying potential future recruits for the company by offering internship opportunities to vocational high school, vocational school, and university students in Turkey. There are two intakes of interns during each year. At the beginning of the school term, the company welcomes vocational high-school students, and during the summer period, vocational high-school, vocational school, and university students studying relevant subjects are offered internship opportunities.
