Our Codes of Conduct

The Codes of Conduct outline the basic behavioral principles of the company, including OYAK Cement’s common values.

Employees of CIMPOR Global Holdings and its affiliates are required to follow the Business Ethics Principles and OYAK Common Values while performing their work. We are aware that the business procedures, standards, laws, and regulations may not be guiding in terms of our attitudes and behaviors, so we have prepared the Business Ethics Principles based on our company values.

Our Compliance Management Policy

In order to ensure that the requirements of the Compliance Management System are fulfilled, and its effectiveness is continuously improved, and to create a framework for the objectives of the organization, the Compliance Management System Policy has been established, announced to all employees, and made accessible to the relevant parties by being published on the corporate website.

The Compliance Policy is reviewed at Management Review meetings annually or whenever a new material fact requires to for continuous improvement.


In all our activities covering the standards related to the Compliance Management System;

1.   To provide products and services above expectations within the framework of national and international standards and legal regulations in force,

2.   Establishing measurable targets related to our Compliance Management System by taking into account the best practices in the sector and in the world, regularly reviewing their realisation and continuously improving our performance in this area, compliance with the requirements of our Compliance Management System and its effectiveness,

3.   Providing appropriate environments where our employees and stakeholders can voice their concerns free from any fear of reprisals,

4.   To determine and supply the trained manpower, information, infrastructure and environment required for the effective operation, control, continuity and continuous improvement of processes with a preventive approach and Risk-based thinking, and to use all resources at an optimum level in this context,

5.   To comply with compliance legislation, administrative regulations and sectoral obligations,

6.   To train and raise awareness of all our employees and stakeholders by following technological developments and innovations,

7.   In line with the principle of environmental awareness and sustainable living, to continue our efforts for a more livable world with determination,

8.   It is our primary responsibility that all activities achieve business results that will create value for the relevant parties in line with the main purpose and objectives of the organization. 

9.   Our policy will always be published in open sources and accessible to the public and all relevant parties.
